Careers
Digital Offload designs and operates connected systems for service businesses—so owners can run the business and reclaim the rest.
A small team, by design. We stay close to the work, communicate directly, and remain accountable for what we build.
Three roles are open for expressions of interest. We are sharing the real scope now and will confirm practical details directly with qualified candidates.
How we think about the work
The useful problems rarely live in one screen. Our work follows leads, decisions, handoffs, payments, and exceptions across the systems a business already uses.
Operators know where the friction is. We listen before designing, preserve the judgment that belongs with them, and build around how the business actually runs.
Automation should be bounded, observable, and honest. Routine work can move automatically; approvals, exceptions, and relationships stay with people.
A polished interface is only useful if the process holds together. We care about dependable handoffs, visible history, clear failure states, and systems that remain understandable after launch.
We are early, and the standard is intentionally high: build systems that make work clearer, calmer, and more accountable without pushing people out of the decisions that need them. We intend to earn trust one bounded, useful system at a time.
Open roles
These are early expressions of interest, not fully specified job notices. We will confirm location, working arrangement, engagement type, compensation, and timing before asking anyone to make a commitment.
Design and build dependable operating paths across existing tools, records, workflows, and human checkpoints.
Keep priorities, communication, preparation, and follow-through clear around a small team doing exacting client work.
Support practical research, evaluation, documentation, and prototyping for bounded AI-assisted operating workflows.
Include the role, why this work interests you, and links or examples that help us understand how you think. We will reply if the current need and your experience appear aligned.
