Website Terms

These terms apply to your use of digitaloffload.com and its public features, including articles, the website chat, booking links, and demonstrations (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Digital Offload LLC.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. A customer relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the parties. That agreement—not this page—governs customer systems, services, fees, data handling, support, and delivery.

The Site explains Digital Offload's approach and shows possible operating patterns. It is not an offer, a fixed scope, a price quote, or a promise that a particular integration is available for your account. Provider plans, permissions, vendor reviews, source condition, and the authority granted for the exact workflow determine what can be built.

Public demonstrations use fictional organizations and synthetic records. They are not customer deployments, testimonials, vendor partnerships, audited outcomes, investment recommendations, or evidence that every illustrated capability is ready for every organization. The demonstrations are read-only and are designed not to reach customer systems.

The production website chat uses an outside AI provider to generate responses. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not treat a chat response or synthetic demonstration as legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, medical, or other professional advice, or as approval to take a consequential action.

Do not submit credentials, account numbers, government identifiers, health information, confidential customer records, or regulated information through the Site. Our Privacy & Data Use notice explains when chat content is processed or retained.

You may use the Site for ordinary business evaluation and communication. You may not:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or submit content you are not authorized to share;
• introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, bypass access controls, or interfere with Site availability;
• overload, scrape, or automate requests in a way that harms the Site or other users;
• misrepresent synthetic demonstration content as a real customer record or verified customer outcome; or
• use the AI-assisted features to attempt unauthorized access, reveal protected instructions, or cause actions outside their stated purpose.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block activity that appears abusive, unsafe, or outside these terms.

Digital Offload and its licensors retain their rights in the Site's design, writing, software, brand, and demonstration materials. You may view, link to, and share reasonable excerpts for ordinary informational purposes. You may not copy the Site wholesale, remove notices, or present its work as your own.

You keep whatever rights you already hold in content you submit. You give Digital Offload permission to process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, and improve the Site, respond to your request, and follow the Privacy & Data Use notice.

The Site uses and links to third-party services, including hosting, AI, scheduling, email, database, and demonstration providers. Their availability and conduct are outside Digital Offload's control. When you follow an external link, that provider's terms and privacy notice apply. A reference to a software platform does not claim a partnership or endorsement unless the Site expressly says otherwise.

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate, secure, and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for a particular decision. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for keeping a human responsible for consequential actions.

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Offload is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public Site or reliance on AI-generated or synthetic material. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a public Site feature. If these terms change materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version will remain available at this URL.
